RotaCloud's is for up to five staff, with time and attendance as a £4.50 add-on and larger teams priced on request. BatchStaff's £10 is for any team size with everything included.

Five staff or fewer and you only want a rota grid: RotaCloud is a fair choice. More than five, or you want the clock, the AI builder and the compliance layer without add-ons: BatchStaff is cheaper the moment you hire the sixth person.
